WHO WE ARE

The St. Tammany Master Gardener Association is a non-profit organization comprised of individuals who have completed the LSU AgCenter's  Master Gardener training program, and who are interested in helping to inform, educate, and beautify the St. Tammany community.

The St. Tammany Master Gardener Association offers seminars that are open to the public each spring and fall, and its members participate in a number of volunteer community projects on an ongoing basis.  Master Gardeners regularly participate in both Covington and Slidell farmers' markets.

TESTIMONIALS

The North Shore is very fortunate to have the St. Tammany Master Gardener Association working here.  I appreciate the generosity of time and energy exhibited by Master Gardeners, like Sue McGuire and her team at the Marigny Elementary School Garden, and Suzanne Krieger and her volunteers for the Fall Seminar.  I especially like how Master Gardeners share their love of horticulture with the public and help others to learn.  It is our pleasure to watch the St. Tammany Master Gardener Association grow and expand."
